While Benadryl is an over the counter medication, it can be just as harmful as Xanax, if you do not take it properly. With that being said Xanax and Benadryl are two entirely different types of medications. Xanax is an anti-anxiety medication that is prescribed by a doctor. Some other side effects that you might suffer from are double vision, blurred vision, or loss of appetite.

When you are taking either of these drugs you should only take them as prescribed, otherwise you are putting your liver and life at great risk. You should also never operate a vehicle or heavy machinery, while under the influence of either of these drugs.

    Actually I want to know the details of xanax and Benadryl Interaction because I’m going to try these two drugs at the simultaneously. I already used xanax that helped me to get rid from unwanted panic and anxiety disorder but I didn’t try Benadryl drug but I have some allergy propels so i would like to know these two xanax and Benadryl drugs are safe to have at the same time.

      I agree, the author doesn't list a single interaction issue with the two drugs. It's a very short article, with a totally misleading title. Very odd!
